Highlight: After a very sluggish first half and tough shooting performance, the Gators outscored their opponents 27-25 in the second half. Chetanna Nweke and Katie Hollensteiner led the Gators in scoring w/ 9 and 6 points, respectively.
Gator of the Game: Sophie Lovett: 5 pts, 7 rebounds, and excellent leadership through a tough afternoon. Through this work along with that of the other co-captains, Mollie Carr and Maggie Boland, this will serve as a good learning experience about the importance of staying vocal and poised against a tough team.
